The first part of the process is a no obligation, free of charge initial consultation. This is where the designer will meet with the client at the property where the designs are for. This meeting is where a discussion will take place between the designer and client as to the direction of the design and what is required from the design. This is also where the designer will do an initial survey of the areas that are to be designed.

 

After the initial consultation, the designer, working with what was discussed at the consultation and the survey that was taken, will produce the design package. There will be one design package for each area that is to be designed. The design package includes a mood board, a floor plan, an elevation, a perspective and the relevant brochures. The designer will then arrange a follow up meeting to present these to you, talk you through and discuss the design.

 

 

After the designs have been finalised, estimates will be obtained from the relevant contractors. The client can either use the contractors that Eagle Designed Interiors recommends or use their own. Either way, the work that is carried out by these contractors will be a contract between them and the client. Eagle Designed Interiors is strictly not responsible for any work they do.

 

After all estimates and time scale for the work has been obtained, the work will begin. We ask if any personal possessions could be removed by the client from the areas where the work will be taking place.

 

After the project is complete, the designer will give the client a manual with all the relevant documents, such as care and maintenance instructions, for the products supplied by Eagle Designed Interiors.
